The Estates On Sundance Ridge
Construction Update February 2008
The Estates on Sundance Ridge started construction on Villa 14 March 1, 2007. The images that follow were taken October and show progress and construction of the 8000 sq.ft. "Suncatcher" design on Lot 14. Villa 14 will be the "model" home for Sundance Ridge and will be available for prospective buyer tours.
Construction on a unique 8000 sq.ft. villa on Lot 6 is underway. Images include ground clearing and lot preparation on Lot 4 with construction of a 14,000 sq.ft. villa to begin later this spring. We continually update our photos so visit our website often to review our progress.
Several new projects on the St. Kitts Southeast Peninsula are being planned or are underway. Projects include several boutique hotels, a world class golf course, and a marina to accommodate "mega" yachts.
